EFL WRITING PRACTICE: AN ONLINE COMPLEX COURSE Maria Eugenia Witzler D’Esposito, Brazil The objective is to present an online writing course of English as a foreign language for High School teachers in public schools, in São Paulo, Brazil, designed according to the needs expressed by teachers working in this context and the Brazilian official documents, in light of the theory of complexity. In the first part, the teacher/researcher articulates the constructs considered in the design moment that regard complexity, writing production and instructional design. In the second part, she shares the design and implementation experiences and in the last part, puts forth a few reflections regarding the lived experience.
