EVALUATION OF A MULTIMEDIA EDUCATIONAL TOOL FOR GEOGRAPHY IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS Maria Virvou, Efthimios Alepis, This paper
describes the procedure of design, development and evaluation of a
multimedia application “E΄ class Geography of Elementary Schools”
that supports Geography teaching. The application was presented to
and evaluated by both students and teachers of elementary classes of
Greek schools by using it and completing questionnaires. The results
indicated that students as well as their teachers were positive
about incorporating such educational applications in their lessons,
and also that the resulting application was both user friendly and
usable, covering the educational goals of Geography. |
