Please ensure that your bank or credit card is notified to allow a payment to be processed in the UK, as fraud prevention measures may prevent the transaction going through.

Presenters - early registration - deadline: April 27 - £435 GBP

Presenters regular registration  - deadline: May 29  - £460 GBP

 

Participant early Registration - deadline: April 27 - £460 GBP

Participant regular Registration - £485 GBP

 

ICICTE Committee members - £415 GBP

Faculty and Staff from Southampton Solent University - £380 GBP

 

Student Paper Award Finalist - deadline: April 27 - £250 GBP

Student - early registration - deadline: April 27 - £280 GBP

Student - regular registration - deadline: May 29 - £330 GBP

Proof of student status must accompany registration form.

 

Group - deadline: May 11 - £415 GBP

Rate applies for the registration of 3 or more participants from the same institution or organization.

 

Registration fee is inclusive of access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, delegate packs, coffee breaks, two lunches, welcome drink and farewell Greek Night Dinner.

 

Though payments must be made in Pound Sterling, for your convenience a currency converter can be found at the bottom of this page (click here). Please note that the conversion is according to live mid-market rates.

 

Cancellation policy

Requests for refund sent by e-mail to the conference Finance Administrator.

• A refund of 75% a month before the conference (sent by June 4)

• A refund of 50% two weeks before the conference (sent by June 21)

• No refunds after June 21.

 

Additional Social Event Tickets

Additional tickets for lunches, the Opening Reception and the Greek Night will be available to purchase on site. Please contact registrar@icicte.org for further information.

 

The prices for guest tickets to social events are in GBP for pre-booking, and in Euros for on site booking:

• Lunches - £25 / €30

• Opening Reception - £17 / €20

• Greek night - £25 / €30

 

Very important notice regarding Credit Card payments

All card payments for registration will be processed in by a UK bank, in £ (GBP).  Before making a payment from outside the UK, please ensure that your bank is authorised to make overseas payments, as otherwise anti-fraud software at your bank may block your registration payment.
