Cancellation policy/refunds
Presenters
Request for refund sent by e-mail to the conference registrar
before May 14 receives 75% of the fee. After May 14 there is no
refund for presenters.
Participants
Request for refund sent by e-mail to the conference registrar by
May 14 receives 75% of the fee.
Request for refund sent by e-mail to the conference registrar by
June 15 receives 50% of the fee. After June 15 there is no
refund for participants.
Additional Tickets
Additional tickets are available for lunches and
dinners.
