8-10 single-spaced 8 ½" by 11"
inclusive of illustration, tables, figures, notes, and
references. Papers exceeding this length will be automatically
returned to the authors for revision.
Manuscript to be
submitted in Word file. (Please do not submit PDF.)
Authors are
responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any previously
published or copyright material with the exception of short
quotations.
